Portico Project Management provides a full set of professional

We assist investors by fulfilling the roles of project
manager and cost controller. We also provide
teams of supervision inspectors.

Our role is to support the investor in every stage
of the construction process, from planning
to commissioning and final accounts.

Portico Project Management renders the services of Investor's Representative, Contract Engineer, Contract Economist and Supervision Inspections.

We possess extensive experience in the coordination of a wide scope of investments: retail, office, residential, industrial and public-facility buildings such as hospitals, cinemas, and museums. We also conduct technical audits, estimate the value of investments, and solve project disputes.

The Portico Project Management team consists of qualified engineers, building economists and technical specialists with many years of experience in execution of investments in Poland and abroad. We cooperate with first class experts from other branches, who are esteemed authors of opinions and technical studies.
